1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

We accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • The flowers arrived damaged, wilted, or incorrect.

  • Your order was not delivered on the scheduled date (unless due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather or courier delays).

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers to request a refund or replacement.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Orders where the wrong shipping address was provided by the customer.

  • Flowers that have not been properly cared for after delivery.

  • Requests made after 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Custom or special event orders (e.g., wedding arrangements, bulk custom orders).

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product.

4. Refund Processing

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • If you prefer, we can also provide a store credit or replacement order at no additional cost.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
